Terms of service

Keep Mates is designed for personal organization, saving references, and building collections of content you are allowed to capture and keep.

You agree not to use Keep Mates to violate third-party rights, bypass access controls, or store content you are not legally permitted to copy or retain.

You may create a Keep Mates account on the website and you may also submit your email address to receive product updates. Joining the email list does not create a paid subscription by itself.

Pricing shown on the website does not create a charge by itself. A paid membership begins only after you complete a live purchase flow.

Paid memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, depending on the plan you choose) at the then-current price, until you cancel. We or Paddle, our payment processor, may notify you before a renewal charge where required by law.

Paid memberships are non-refundable unless required otherwise by applicable law. Cancelling a membership stops future renewals but does not create a refund for charges that have already been processed.

Keep Mates, including its name, branding, interface, copy, and original product materials, is owned by Welyeo, its operator, or its licensors. Saving third-party content through the product does not transfer ownership of that content to you.

We may update, pause, or change product features, pricing, limits, or availability at any time.

Keep Mates is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that saved content will never be lost, except where applicable law does not allow such limitations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Welyeo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of Keep Mates. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You may stop using Keep Mates and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms, misuse the service, or where required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately; sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) remain in effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are contracting as a consumer resident in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction whose mandatory consumer-protection laws would otherwise apply, nothing in these terms removes the protections you are entitled to under those laws, and this governing-law clause does not deprive you of them.

Keep Mates is operated by Welyeo. These terms are a contract between you and Welyeo.
