Save
Posts
Keep social posts and public web posts in a reference system that still makes sense later.
Posts are usually saved because of timing, context, or a useful idea inside them. They are easy to lose in browser history and even easier to lose in endless feeds. Right now, post saving is supported for X (formerly Twitter) and Reddit.
Why posts are worth saving
A good post can hold a design insight, product idea, example, thread, or point of view you want to come back to later.
Saving the post lets you keep that context outside the feed it came from.
At the moment, Keep Mates supports post saving for X (formerly Twitter) and Reddit.
- 1
Open the post you want to revisit later.
- 2
Right-click on the page and open the Keep Mates menu.

Posts from places like Reddit become easier to revisit when you save them directly from the page instead of losing them in the feed. - 3
Choose the save type that fits the post best: visual reference or link reference.
Pro tip: Save posts into the same folder as related articles, screenshots, or product examples so the original insight stays tied to the rest of the project.
Use posts inside real workflows
Posts become more useful when they are grouped with related examples, links, or project references.
Treat them as part of a mixed archive, not as isolated snippets.
